By Candace Simmons

I've traveled
   seen
               smelled
                             tasted much

knowing nothing
pieces of me everywhere
even behind I love you
And you're beautiful
And will you marry me

never wed
or even seen a ring...
can't bury what's not dead
just pass it on

and hope that they treat me well
when they leave
and take me
